As a key member of our analytics transformation, you’ll design and deliver trusted data sources and compelling visualizations that translate information into business action.

This highly visible role combines technical depth, strategic thinking, and storytelling through data. You’ll architect reusable data assets, promote visualization best practices, and help shape a data-driven culture across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business teams to understand pain points and design scalable, reusable data pipelines that solve real business problems
• Build, optimize, and maintain automated datasets using Alteryx, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the enterprise
• Develop compelling dashboards and self-service tools using Tableau, or mentor business users to do the same
• Define data architecture patterns, design standards, and best practices to accelerate analytics adoption
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives that align with company strategy and performance goals
• Serve as an expert in both functional data and business processes, with deep understanding of your stakeholder areas
• Promote best practices in data governance, visualization, and storytelling
• Educate and train users to elevate data fluency and self-service capability across teams
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance through adherence to standards
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience building data pipelines and working closely with business stakeholders
• Strong command of SQL, troubleshooting techniques, and analytical frameworks
• Experience delivering scalable, efficient data workflows with tools like Alteryx
• Exceptional communication skills—you know how to bridge technical and business audiences
• Proven track record turning large datasets into business value through clean structure, compelling visuals, and actionable recommendations
• Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a reputation for being a trusted, go-to partner
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in manufacturing, especially supply chain or operations analytics
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), and cloud platforms like Snowflake or Azure
• Exposure to data catalog or reference tools
• Background in portfolio/project management tools
