Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for data engineering processes supporting Analytics and Reporting solutions for a large client here in Columbus. As a Data Engineer, you will also help execute strategic roadmap to a cloud data platform. If you are looking for your next opportunity to grow your career in data engineering, this role is for you!

Requirements:

Experience with relational databases, SQL
Cloud computing knowledge
Coding knowledge including java, C++, or Python
Understanding of data pipelines
Exposure to Git, CI/CD, and automation scripting for deployment and release management
Strong communication skills as this role will need to collaborate with both teams across the organization boundaries and report out progress in terms of key initiatives.

Responsibilities

Participate in documentation, maintenance, and support for legacy ETL processes
Upkeep of Windows and SQL environment
Provide analyst enhancement requests, questions, or issue resolution
Participate in Incident response during working hours
Orchestrate and replication of Legacy ETL Processes in modern cloud technologies
