Job summary

The City and County of San Francisco seeks a Data Enablement Operations Analyst to join DataSF. You’ll work with the Enablement Principal to execute adoption strategy, sitting with analysts in partner departments to drive productive use of the UDP platform.

Over time you’ll automate repetitive workflows, build guides, coordinate training, and help governance with data-sharing and inventories. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in information systems, business or related field.
• At least 1 year in information systems, tech support, CMS, or related work.
• One year of additional experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Triage intake for enablement, define ownership, and track status.
• Onboard departments to UDP from first contact through adoption.
• Coordinate data-sharing governance and inventories across systems.
• Create self-service guides and documentation for common questions.
• Coordinate training cohorts and collect feedback to shape teaching.
• Identify manual steps and implement automation to streamline work.
