Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Data Enablement Team Leader within the Supply Chain Data Services (SCDS) group. You will design data products and govern data assets to support partners across the business.

You will work closely with Data Engineering and Operations to ensure reliable, scalable data solutions that align with business processes. The role requires strong leadership in data governance, MDM, and data engineering collaboration, with a focus on delivering governed data products and clear data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or information systems.
• 5+ years in data governance, master data management, or related data lifecycle work.
• Experience defining data policies, standards, and procedures.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and operations to deliver data products.
• Strong cross-functional project leadership and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Enablement team to source and architect data solutions for business needs.
• Establish a trusted single source of truth for master data across SCDS.
• Align data models with actual business processes and needs.
• Own intake for new data products and changes; define clear specs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to shape builds and with Data Operations for execution.
