Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking a Sr. Lead Data Engineer within the Field Insights & Technology team to lead complex data engineering projects for Restaurant Development analytics. You will design and optimize analytics infrastructure, ensuring scalable data models and robust ETL pipelines.

The role requires strong SQL/Python, AWS data tools, and collaboration across business and IT stakeholders. Remote/hybrid work with strong emphasis on data governance and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and BI data modeling skills.
• Deep understanding of database technology.
• Deep understanding of analytic platform data use.
• Some experience with DBT or other ETL/data transformation tools.
• Strong programming skills in SQL and/or Python.
• Some experience using the AWS big data technology stack.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams using strong written and verbal communication.
• Keen eye for system thinking and process design, especially for scalability and automation.
