Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting project management, program coordination, or data-driven initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in public health, health administration, data science, policy, research, or related field preferred.
• Experience tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, action items, and reporting across multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to structure and summarize program data for leadership review.
• Ability to prepare clear meeting notes, project summaries, presentations, trackers, updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata practices, data standards, data quality, repository workflows, or similar processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Tableau; Power BI, Confluence, SQL helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the integrated delivery plan for a large data ecosystem by maintaining schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate governance, leadership, and stakeholder meetings; manage agenda, notes, and action items.
• Assist with development of data ecosystem artifacts including inventories, metadata specs, data models, and governance materials.
• Support data quality, validation, and readiness activities; track issues and risks.
• Help plan stakeholder review cycles and compile feedback for governance decisions.
• Prepare weekly status inputs, dashboards, milestone updates, meeting summaries, and logs for leadership review.
• Maintain project resources across collaboration platforms and ensure controlled versioning of artifacts.
• Assist with data lineage documentation and operational readiness for data products across repositories and tools.
• Support orientations, demonstrations, workshops, and outreach materials for stakeholder communities.
• Serve as a coordination liaison among program leadership, product owners, data stewards, platform teams, and client reps.
