Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Research Data Management Lead with extensive experience in federal IT and biomedical research data stewardship. The role focuses on guiding researchers in data submission, curation, and analysis across large repositories while ensuring compliance with data sharing policies and SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in life sciences, leadership of diverse teams, and strong familiarity with Jira/Confluence, data standards, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance (Public Trust).
• PhD or higher in scientific discipline with data lifecycle management knowledge.
• 10+ years of relevant life sciences / health research experience.
• Experience with biomedical research datasets and data standards.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban / Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and curation of primary research data to support secondary use.
• Onboard research teams for data submission and educate on policies and processes; provide training.
• Monitor data quality across the data submission lifecycle.
• Coordinate with IT and clients to ensure understanding of workflow, requirements and timelines.
• Produce reports, present findings, and contribute to governance activities.
