Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of automotive used car management or buying experience.
• Proficiency with inventory tools like Max Digital Tekion.
• Deep understanding of current wholesale auction trends and market values.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Buy vehicles through digital and physical auctions, and street purchases.
• Evaluate customer trade-ins accurately using real-time market data.
• Set and adjust retail prices to maximize turn rate and profitability.
• Coordinate with the service department for rapid vehicle turn-around.
• Train and motivate the sales team to hold gross profit on used inventory.
• Ensure online listings have high-quality photos and compelling descriptions.
