Job summary

Sigma Foods is seeking a trade marketing professional to align strategic initiatives, leverage analytical tools, and develop and update sales plans to increase area sales and profitability. This is a Hybrid position with travel up to 20% to CA, Texas, AZ, Illinois, and New York.

You will coordinate strategies for category, trade and shopper initiatives, deliver category reviews, track budgets, and measure campaign results to inform changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, marketing or related field.
• 3 years’ trade marketing, brand management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and implement strategies for Category, Trade and Shopper initiatives for assigned areas.
• Develop department and category insights to drive share of promotion, distribution and shelving.
• Analyze growth opportunities by category and recommend new business opportunities.
• Evaluate and measure campaign results and recommend strategic changes.
• Create and deliver category reviews and execute initiatives with stakeholders (Revenue Management, Category Management, Field Sales).
• Implement Trade Marketing strategies; track budget, report results, and advise on improvements.
