Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Sustainability, or related field.
• Early experience in data reporting, compliance, risk, or process support.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to validate and manage structured and unstructured data.
• Working knowledge of data visualization and process mapping tools (Power BI, Tableau, Visio).
• Basic analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to follow defined processes while identifying data and reporting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support collection, validation, and monitoring of compliance and sustainability data.
• Assess data alignment to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and control weaknesses.
• Contribute to documentation and standardization of reporting processes.
• Analyze data to identify compliance, operational, and reporting risks.
• Support development and tracking of mitigation and corrective actions.
• Assist in evaluating risk trends, indicators, and reporting outputs.
• Contribute to improving visibility of risks through data-driven insights.
• Support development and maintenance of data-aligned policies and procedures.
• Ensure reporting practices align with regulatory, audit, and business needs.
• Assist in evaluating effectiveness of compliance reporting frameworks
• Contribute to scalable, repeatable governance and reporting structures.
• Analyze reporting processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
• Support process mapping, data flow documentation, and optimization.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting compliance-related data.
• Contribute to automation and standard work for consistent reporting.
• Support communication of data insights, risks, and reporting outputs to stakeholders.
• Assist in compliance education through data-driven examples and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to clarify data requirements and expectations.
• Prepare summaries, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
