Sam's Club in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Manager, Supply Planning to lead replenishment strategies, optimize inventory, and improve supply chain performance through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to drive inventory health, supplier performance, and continuous improvement, while leveraging digital tools to deliver cost savings and service improvements for members.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain optimization and replenishment planning.
• Strong data analysis capabilities to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Experience with profit and loss analysis and business case development for cost savings.
• Ability to drive supplier performance through effective communication and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze merchandise sales data and industry trends to inform supply planning decisions and optimize inventory levels.
• Develop and execute replenishment plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to ensure supply reliability and efficiency.
• Leverage digital tools and data analytics to identify root causes of supply issues and drive continuous process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners to align strategies and resolve operational challenges.
• Support financial planning by analyzing profit and loss impacts related to supply and inventory management.
