Job summary

GreatStar Tools USA is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support inventory planning, replenishment, and supply chain operations for Walmart and Sam's Club. Based in Bentonville, AR, this onsite role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

1-3 years in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, demand planning, retail replenishment, or analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support inventory and replenishment activities to maintain optimal stock levels across Walmart DCs and stores.
Monitor inventory positions, sales trends, and replenishment data to identify risks of stockouts or excess inventory.
Assist inbound supply from overseas factories by tracking production, shipping milestones, and delivery performance.
Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and planning teams to ensure timely product flow from factory to customer.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to inventory, replenishment, and supply chain operations.
Analyze KPIs such as in-stock percentage, OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rates, and on-time delivery.
Support root cause analysis of shortages, forecast variances, and supply disruptions.
Prepare data and recommendations for Supply Chain Manager review.
Assist Walmart and Sam's Club replenishment activities and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Supply Chain teams.
Maintain data accuracy across supply chain systems and reporting tools.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve service levels and efficiency.
