QinetiQ US in the United States is seeking a data‑driven Supply Chain Program Manager to sit in the PMO. This role coordinates between PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production to ensure material‑related deliverables are prioritized, tracked, and communicated.

The position ensures clear visibility of schedule, cost, and performance with dashboards, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% may be required; DoD security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or program management.
• Experience with program planning, governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PMO’s primary coordinator for all supply-chain program activities.
• Prioritize material deliverables based on program schedules, risks, and commitments.
• Maintain alignment between program milestones and supply chain execution plans.
• Provide situational analysis and program-level readiness updates.
• Act as the program’s intake and coordination point for supplier-related questions, issues, and escalations.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools tailored for PMO needs.
• Translate complex supply chain data into program-ready summaries that support decision-making.
• Coordinate across Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Quality.
• Identify supply-chain related risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Monitor inventory health and material availability with planning.
