Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager (PMO) to coordinate material readiness across PMO, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Production in the Lorton, VA area. The position requires strong program management experience, ERP proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or program management.
• Experience with program planning, governance, stakeholder management, inventory, data analysis, and risk coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and adaptive leadership skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain visibility tools.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL preferred.
• Travel up to 25% and ability to obtain DoD security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PMO activities for supply chain related programs.
• Prioritize material deliverables with Supply Chain based on schedules, risks, and commitments.
• Maintain alignment between milestones and supply chain execution plans.
• Provide situational analysis and program level readiness updates.
• Serve as intake point for supplier questions, issues, and escalations with timely responses.
• Track supplier issues and communicate status in a consolidated format.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for PMO needs.
• Translate supply chain data into concise program summaries for decision making.
• Collaborate across functional teams to ensure material readiness and budgeting alignment.
