Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of Supply Chain or business relevant experience.
• Experience in Materials, Equipment, and/or Services supporting Refining and/or Midstream operations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Science, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Category Management reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Supports development and execution of category strategies by analyzing internal and external data.
• Maintains process documentation, governance requirements, templates, and reporting standards.
• Monitors supplier performance metrics and analyzes data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align category initiatives with business objectives.
• Supports contract lifecycle activities and milestone tracking with Category Managers.
• Partners with Category Managers during sourcing events, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
