Job summary

Amazon Business is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in Tempe, AZ to support day-to-day operations within the fulfillment network. You will analyze data, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and optimize the supply chain.

The role requires data-driven problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Are 18 years of age or older.

  • Enable effective decision through proactive retrieval and data aggregation from multiple sources.
  • Communicate analysis and insights to internal stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Escalate problems and/or variance in data to the relevant owners and internal business partners and follow through on the resolutions.
  • Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive improvements in AB North America Operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes, minimize repetitive tasks, and create actionable outcomes.
  • Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and leadership to influence and create innovative solutions.
  • Work independently in a dynamic environment.

The AB North America Operations team is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to assist in the day-to-day operations and issue resolution within our fulfillment network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon. An ideal candidate has a background in supply chain operations and excellent data driven problem-resolution skills. He/she/they have the ability to pull and analyze data with ease, drive process improvements, standardize our processes and eliminate the root cause of defects within the current systems. Candidates will work collaboratively across teams to perform in-depth analyses and troubleshoot complex issues in a variety of subject areas. This job will require exceptional communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Role can be located in Phoenix AZ. This is an hourly role Monday - Friday.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge of VBA and Excel Macro creation and modification

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
