Job summary

Litens Automotive Group is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage inventory and materials forecasting, ensuring customer fill rates and inventory objectives are met. The role uses data analytics to anticipate demand, organize resources, and improve logistics efficiency.

You will support negotiations with suppliers to reduce costs and improve profitability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 1-3 years in inventory and logistics analysis, automotive aftermarket preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivots).
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels, sales data, demand forecasts and trends to develop insights and recommendations.
• Develop strategies to manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing carrying costs.
• Monitor turnover, aging stock and adjust replenishment and disposal decisions.
• Identify slow-moving inventory and develop strategies to minimize financial impact.
• Analyze inventory and production data and present findings to stakeholders.
• Adjust supply timing to improve service and inventory turns.
• Lead supplier negotiation efforts to reduce costs and improve profitability.
