Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions turning student goals into measurable progress.
• Use analytics and goals to diagnose blockers and set ambitious motivation plans.
• Deliver life-skills workshops with storytelling, reflection, and real application; assess mastery.
• Lead daily kickoff moments to set culture and align students.
