Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children in an academic or youth development setting.
• Teacher salary is performance-based and starts at $80,000 with potential for higher pay.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lead teachers to co-plan lessons and create modified lesson plans based on IEP goals.
• Identify and support students in need of additional SETTS services (individual or small group).
• Develop, modify, and update IEPs in a timely manner.
• Assess students’ individual skills and educational needs.
• Monitor student progress to ensure meeting IEP goals.
