Job summary

Kohl's, at its New York Design Office, seeks a data-driven Sourcing Analyst to enable the sourcing strategy through accurate data analysis, costing support, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will provide reliable operational and analytical support to the sourcing team.

You will build partnerships across Production, Materials, Design, Merchandising, and Planning, translating insights into actionable sourcing decisions and maintaining robust costing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• 1+ years of experience in retail, production, sourcing, supply chain management, or related field.
• Research and analysis background.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis to support sourcing strategy and cost optimization.
• Support costing events and ongoing cross-functional engagement.
• Build partnerships with Production, Materials, Design, Merchandising and Planning teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure costing inputs are accurate.
• Develop data visualizations and presentations translating analysis into insights for decisions.
