Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Poultry Science, or a related field.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Must pass Mountaire Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel; data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting functions.
• Strong aptitude for working with numbers and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize, interpret, and present complex information accurately.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated team player with an interest in market analysis, forecasting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Tableau Report Enhancements by improving reporting, visualization, and accessibility of market intelligence.
• Analyze historical Urner Barry market index data to identify seasonal trends and relationships that improve market predictability.
• Support Sales Innovation by developing data-driven insights, forecasting tools, and analytical models for strategic decision-making.
• Create dashboards and visualizations that transform market data into actionable business insights.
