Job summary

Texas A&M University in College Station is seeking a Research Reporting and Audit Coordinator to support data collection, analysis, and reporting across Sponsored Research Services. You will gather data from multiple sources, prepare reports, and present historical and comparative trends to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the senior analyst to assist audit coordination, schedule work, prepare documentation, and respond to audit observations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years of related experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy.
Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.

Responsibilities

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and tally data from multiple sources and present historical trends.
Audit Coordination: Serve as point of contact for auditors and schedule audit work.
Reporting and Presentation: Produce ad-hoc reports and present findings to varied audiences.
Project planning: Assist in planning and executing projects under supervision.
