Job summary

The Research Analyst at 807 Health Care Authority will provide data-driven insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting statistical data to help optimize agency operations and support informed decisions while maintaining confidentiality.

You will produce and validate reports using Business Objects and Excel, coordinate audits and surveys, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement improvements across programs, in line with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree including statistics or equivalent experience.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting activities using Business Objects and other tools.
• Produce and interpret database reports for accuracy and clarity.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders in meetings and training.
• Coordinate compliance reporting, audits, and surveys.
• Research and resolve workflow, enrollment, and program-related issues.
