Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery seeks a Project Planning Coordinator (Data Focus) to forecast, plan, and coordinate data flows for a defined area. You will work with IT, M&C, PMO, and design teams to meet service dates and translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, executive-ready reports, and collaboration across Distribution Services, Asset Management, PMO, and PMDS to improve delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years related experience or 4+ years with Bachelor’s in PM/Engineering.
• Strong data storytelling and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience coordinating data flows across IT, M&C, PMO and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates clear data narratives to support decision-making.
• Creates executive-ready summaries and insights for business teams.
• Forecasts, plans, and coordinates Distribution Serve New activities.
• Forecasts resources and location counts to balance workforce demand.
• Communicates forecast needs to Supply Chain regularly.
• Facilitates cross-functional team communications to resolve issues.
• Applies project management standards and risk mitigation plans.
• Documents status and performance metrics for projects.
