Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in operations, admin, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; ability to reconcile production and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Enter production data into spreadsheets, databases and systems.
• Process work orders and maintain production documents for inventory accuracy.
• Organize and file production records, logs and pass-down reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and ad hoc reports for operations leadership.
