Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and apply engineering principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Safety-focused, eager to learn in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Based at the Giant Resource Recovery (GRR) facility.
• Hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with office and plant exposure.
• Requires adherence to safety procedures and PPE in operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams on production optimization projects.
• Assist with troubleshooting process issues and developing practical, data-driven solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to communicate project findings and results.
