Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Mining, Construction Management, Business, or related field.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily plant and quarry operations to drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze operational data and assist with identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with operations leaders on projects related to production, maintenance, and efficiency.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on project findings.
