Franklin Building Supply in Boise, ID is seeking a Pricing Analyst to turn data into smarter pricing decisions. You will partner with sales, purchasing, and operations to protect margins, win the right business, and build Franklin’s pricing intelligence from the ground up.

You’ll track competitor and commodity pricing by market, own margin and pricing reports, study price sensitivity, and recommend changes with solid analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pricing, revenue management, or financial analytics.
• Experience extracting data from databases or ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills with PivotTables and lookups.
• Proficiency in Power BI dashboards.
• Ability to translate analysis into sales-friendly language.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance/economics/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Track competitor and commodity pricing across markets and turn it into actionable pricing actions.
• Own the margin and pricing reports leadership relies on and identify margin leakage.
• Analyze price sensitivity and elasticity and build pricing rules and matrices.
• Recommend price changes with data-backed justification and measure results.
• Support retail pricing analysis and competitive checks.
• Help shape pricing strategy for online and in-store channels.
