• Proven record of collaboration, particularly in the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process.
• Knowledge of instructional practices that establish a culture of dignity and belonging and student achievement.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Activating the PLC Process: Facilitate and support the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process, ensuring that teams are collaborating effectively around student outcomes.
• Guide teams in analyzing student performance data and developing instructional strategies to meet identified needs to support a Culture of Dignity and Belonging.
• Ensure the PLC process is aligned with building and district goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
