RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Pharmacy Financial Analyst to maximize cost savings and contract compliance across its 12 hospital sites. You will leverage our data analytics platform, partner with the GPO vendor and Pharmacy Leadership, and actively audit pricing to recover overcharges and optimize purchasing strategies.

Your work translates complex pharmacy data into actionable financial insights for executive leadership, supporting strategic decisions and cost containment across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in healthcare finance, pharmacy purchasing, supply chain, or revenue cycle.
• Ability to analyze financial data, vendor invoices, and purchase history.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract pricing daily to identify anomalies and track overcharges.
• Identify lower-cost NDCs, ensure buyer compliance, and issue weekly savings directives.
• Verify GPO/340B pricing tiers and submit contract corrections to wholesalers.
• Validate ATP savings projections and reconcile FIA reports.
• Own reporting rhythm with weekly compliance summaries and monthly executive scorecards.
