Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Business Performance Manager – ISO Excellence to drive financial and operational improvements for independent store partners. You will analyze partner-level sales, margin, pricing, inventory, and programs to identify opportunities and collaborate with ISO principals to implement practical solutions.

The role requires strong financial acumen, structured problem solving, and the ability to influence across independent businesses while delivering measurable ROI and reporting

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in operations, pricing, finance, analytics, or business performance role.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience working with CRM software pipeline management.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze partner-level sales, margin, pricing, rebate, and inventory performance data.
• Develop recurring reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Model financial impact of pricing actions and monitor results.
• Track and report measurable financial impact of optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
