Job summary

Curriculum Associates is seeking a driven professional development specialist to deliver targeted PD and on-site support for educators in Alabama. You will analyze data with teachers and leaders, guide classroom coaching, and help implement Ready and i-Ready programs across districts.

Travel up to 80% within the territory and collaboration with district leaders are essential. Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years in teaching or PD, plus comfort using digital tools and online assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years teaching, coaching, or PD experience.
• Fluent with digital tools and online assessments.
• Comfort applying data with teachers and leaders.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles for PD.
• Ability to manage and evaluate program implementations.
• Strong classroom coaching capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within territory and attend company meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted professional development and in-classroom support.
• Analyze data and help educators apply it to instruction.
• Manage daily project activities and communicate with district and site leaders.
• Support districts in selecting and implementing Curriculum Associates products.
• Support district-wide adoptions of the Ready program and i-Ready.
• Deliver professional development to teachers, coaches, and leaders on Ready and i-Ready.
• Provide tailored on-site support including lesson planning and data analysis.
• Develop and revise annual professional development plans with district leaders.
• Collaborate with teachers, students, districts, and Sales team.
• Represent Curriculum Associates’ mission-driven approach as a thought leader.
• Attend educational conferences and participate in professional development.
• Support districts across Alabama based on business needs.
