Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Asset Protection Leader at its Kings Mountain fulfillment facility to champion data-driven decisions and protect people, property and products.

You will develop and execute asset protection strategies, ensure regulatory and OSHA compliance, foster a safe, secure, and efficient operation across the center. Strong data analytics and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Retail, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environment.
• Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety Management, Audit, or related field;, AND 1 years’ experience in Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, and Manufacturing, or related field.
• Option 2: 3 years’ experience in the field of Asset Protection, Audit, Investigations, Safety or Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data and technology to identify problems and build dashboards.
• Drive business solutions with ROI projections and cost savings.
• Ensure environmental compliance and prepare audit reports.
• Maintain operational excellence and document SOPs.
• Enhance asset protection through investigations and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders; present data clearly.
• Influence team with sound recommendations and feedback.
• Ensure employee health and safety; OSHA compliance and evacuation plans.
• Drive process improvement and coach others.
