Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year's experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year's experience in one of: accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention in a multi department environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Lead and develop teams by training and providing feedback to associates.
• Investigate and resolve policy violations and loss prevention issues across multiple stores.
• Oversee safety programs, asset protection policies, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate claims, receiving operations, and related loss-prevention activities.
