Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer/Data Science, Data Mining and Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Pull, organize, and analyze data from finances, timekeeping, and billing systems to identify trends and support decision‑making.
• Data Management & Quality: Maintain data hygiene across multiple databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• System Integration & Automation: Build and manage SharePoint lists with advanced functionality and connect data from multiple systems.
• Business Intelligence & Visualization: Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards in Power BI to monitor KPIs and trends.
• Operational Management: Compile and analyze staffing, utilization, and matter assignment data to support leadership decisions.
