Job summary

You will support workload management, utilization tracking, staffing coordination, and partner with Practice Group leadership.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI skills, with experience in data integration, automation, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of data or operations experience; finance, staffing, or professional services preferred.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services setting is a plus.
• SQL is required.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.
• Advanced SharePoint functionality including lists, permissions, or automation.
• Power BI for dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience with APIs and data integration across systems.
• Experience with Python for data applications.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and data transfer.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, and analyze data from finances, timekeeping, and billing systems to identify trends.
• Run weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to support operations and client service.
• Provide leadership with insights from structured and unstructured data sources.
• Maintain data hygiene across databases and ensure accuracy.
• Gather, validate, and integrate data into consolidated reports and dashboards.
• Build and manage SharePoint lists and automate workflows for staffing and headcount.
• Create forms funneling data into spreadsheets or dashboards for real‑time review.
• Translate data into actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Practice Groups, Legal, and People Operations on staffing and workload.
