QVC Group is seeking a Merchandise Admin to support QVC and HSN merchandising and planning operations remotely from PA/NJ/DE. The role handles data entry, PO creation, product data uploads, and promotional pricing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate item data and timely show scripts.

You'll work with Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and other systems, demonstrating strong time management and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment, with on-site needs at West

Responsibilities

• Supports buying and planning by creating items and purchase orders, reviewing data, and data entry.

• Executes promotional pricing to ensure seasonal readiness.
• Collaborates with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests and provide updates.

The Merchandise Admin supports QVC and HSN, and our day-to- day administrative functions. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the success of our merchandising and planning operations, ensuring seamless processes and supporting our exceptional customer experiences.

Where You'll Work

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

What You'll Do

• Supports buying and planning team by creating items and purchase orders, reviewing and correcting data, and performing essential data entry functions. On the job learning by supporting the planners who write our show scripts for both HSN and QVC.
• Manages product data uploads, transfers, and inputs to build items and maintain accurate purchase orders.
• Ensure seasonal readiness by executing promotional pricing accurately and within required timeframes.
• Collaborates with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, provide execution, communicate updates, and elevate issues as needed.
• Works independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of each task or request.
• Provides troubleshooting and support to Omni-Buying, cross‑functional teams, and buyers.
