Responsibilities

• Create and adapt lesson plans aligned to the academic curriculum.
• Use data to guide instruction toward mastery of skills.
• Collaborate with students, families, and colleagues to support progress.
• Uphold strong classroom management techniques.
• Assist with diagnostic and progress monitoring assessments.
• Monitor progress and adjust teaching to meet objectives.
• Update trackers and use data to inform lesson planning.
• Participate in school, department and parent meetings.
• Engage in school events and activities.
