• Provide short-term individual counseling in academic, career, and personal/social development.
• Provide individual and small group counseling in various settings.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to meet student needs.
• Make appropriate referrals to outside agencies and specialists.
• Plan, evaluate, and revise the school counseling program.
• Pursue continuous professional growth and promote educational equity and access.
