Delaware LLC is seeking a Management Analyst I to conduct data collection and statistical analysis for studies related to a single program area. The role involves evaluating operations, developing recommendations, and supporting implementation of improvements.

Responsibilities include data interpretation, reporting, and potentially supervising administrative staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher with coursework in statistics, plus six months' relevant experience in studies and statistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher including coursework in conducting studies, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
• Six months experience in conducting studies to evaluate operations, programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Six months experience in descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, standard deviation).
• Six months experience in narrative report writing.
• Knowledge of inferential statistics (correlation, t-tests, f-tests or ANOVA).

Responsibilities

• Interviews agency staff, observes work processes and gathers data for evaluating services and compliance with goals.
• Reviews and interprets data relating to policies and procedures; defines and may recommend solutions.
• Analyzes data and develops solutions or alternative methods.
• Evaluates effectiveness of operations in meeting goals and objectives.
• Provides technical assistance in understanding and developing management objectives.
• Studies background material such as legislation and regulations.
• Makes recommendations and assists in implementing new techniques to improve operations.
• Documents findings and prepares recommendations for new systems or procedures.
• May supervise administrative staff and paraprofessionals; planning, assigning, reviewing, coaching and discipline.
