Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience working in logistics.
• Demonstrated understanding of UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems for domestic and international shipments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support through standard practices and processes.
• Identify and resolve issues as they arise in logistics.
• Provide analysis with logistics tools and metrics.
• Analyze, interpret, and implement key performance metrics for logistics partners.
• Provide data analysis updates and reports to management in support of initiatives.
• Communicate cross-functionally to investigate and resolve exceptions promptly.
