Qualifications

• Master's degree in education required.

• Experience with adult professional development.
• Knowledge of Science of Reading and differentiated instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching to instructors and leaders as per district coaching manual.
• Model literacy instruction and effective teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers to align instruction with district goals and literacy framework.
• Lead and support literacy skills across content areas.
• Develop and deliver professional development for staff and parents.
