Job summary

Amazon Last Mile is seeking a highly capable professional to lead the development and integration of innovative solutions for the last mile delivery network. The role focuses on building labor planning models, data pipelines, and reporting mechanisms to drive efficiency and capacity planning across global transportation initiatives.

Candidate will conduct experiments, present findings to stakeholders, and partner with product, operations, and planning teams to optimize programs and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 1+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic labor planning models and coordinate with product teams for tool development.
• Create analytics and data pipelines to enable optimization and predictive insights.
• Communicate capacity needs to Delivery Station Leaders from the flexible labor pool.
• Collaborate with labor planners and staffing partners to align labor planning and orders.
• Partner with operations and PXT leaders to investigate escalations related to labor scheduling.
• Monitor metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
