Job summary

Options Consulting Solutions is seeking a Quantitative Investment Engineer in Boston to translate business needs into technical data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with investment and technology teams to onboard, validate, and integrate datasets, while developing prototypes and supporting testing.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally within investment management, financial services, or FinTech.
Understanding of data modeling, data quality, and onboarding large or complex datasets.
Proficiency in SQL and Python with strong data analysis capabilities.
Familiarity with Agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Support data onboarding, validation, integration, and issue resolution.
Partner with investment, technology, engineering, QA, and external vendors to deliver projects.
Develop prototypes, perform data analysis, and support functional and automated testing.
Maintain project and technical documentation, including requirements, use cases, and release materials.
Manage multiple complex initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve processes and automation.
