Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in CS, Information Systems, SCM, or related field.
• Experience with inventory/warehouse management using SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience with data analysis/reporting using Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control inventory accuracy, stock levels, and material flow using SAP and ERP systems.
• Analyze inventory and warehouse data to identify shortages and inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for warehouse and inventory performance tracking.
• Collaborate with IT and production teams to improve system integration and data accuracy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to verify physical inventory against system data.
• Participate in process automation and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide user support and training for SAP/ERP-related inventory and warehouse operations.
