Job summary

Five Iron Golf is seeking a Golf Coach to deliver high-quality instruction and exceptional guest experiences. You will report to the General Manager of Performance and help grow member and guest relationships through lessons, fittings, and memberships.

You will work with our Social and Performance Teams, transition into a full-time instruction role via the Coach Development Program, and use TrackMan to tailor coaching and fittings. This role emphasizes energy, inclusivity, and continuous growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in golf instruction or PGMs.
• Proven one-on-one and group coaching experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of swing mechanics and launch monitor data.
• Proficient with video analysis and golf tech tools.
• Excellent communication across all skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class golf instruction through individual and group lessons for all skill levels.
• Utilize TrackMan and other Five Iron technologies to provide data-driven coaching and custom club fittings.
• Engage guests during Golf Experience Engagement Time and promote lessons, fittings, and memberships.
• Build a loyal client base by creating welcoming, performance-driven experiences.
• Represent Five Iron Golf at corporate events with high-energy instructional sessions.
• Maintain a consistent lesson schedule meeting productivity goals and KPIs.
• Leverage social media to promote coaching services and the Five Iron brand.
• Conduct junior clinics and support community outreach to grow the game.
