Job summary

Sia is a global management consulting group seeking Senior consultants to build relationships and deliver results across finance transformation projects. You will work on diverse client engagements, focusing on financial strategy, closing, consolidation, and reporting, with opportunities for international assignments.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Master degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or econometrics
• 3 to 6 years’ experience within a consultancy firm
• Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and in finance process optimization
• Outstanding team player and good communication skills
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• Interest in data and AI-related topics and ability to quickly build expertise
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, The Netherlands)

• Rethink the Finance Organisation of our clients
• Build the foundations for strong business and financial controllership
• Regain control over the financial impact of their business processes
• Improve and accelerate closing, consolidation, and the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Development and reinforcement of our offer by understanding and interpreting Financial performance and strategy
• Business development by contributing to need definition and participating in commercial initiatives
