Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in quantitative psychology, statistics, data science, educational measurement, or a related field.
• Experience conducting a variety of statistical analyses, including multilevel analyses, longitudinal analyses, attrition and missing data analyses, moderation, and mediation analyses.
• Experience creating a reproducible data management, analysis, and reporting pipeline.
• Interest in conducting both applied and methodological research in psychology and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Supports quantitative applied research on externally funded projects in education and psychology.
• Conducts both applied and methodological research. Develops and maintains data systems that facilitate data collection and analysis, including creating, maintaining, and documenting project data files, conducting analyses, and producing research reports.
• Sustains a fully reproducible pipeline spanning data collection, analysis, and reporting. Disseminates research findings through academic publications and develops web-based tools and interactive applications.
• Conducts and documents randomization, and assists with other research activities.
