Job summary

Nature's Way is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to drive the forecast for a large product portfolio and deliver an operational forecast within the S&OP framework. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to gather insights, validate models, and present the consensus forecast.

The role emphasizes statistical forecasting, data analysis, and continuous improvement to increase forecast accuracy. Join our Supply Chain team in Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or Supply Chain.
2-4 years of experience in Demand Planning or Sales Planning preferred.
High level understanding of statistical models and demand planning techniques.
General understanding of go-to-market principles and marketing drivers.
SAP IBP familiarity or similar demand planning software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develops the demand forecast for the rolling 0-24 month horizon.
Create and validate statistical forecast models from data.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to improve accuracy.
Prepare content for the Demand Review in the S&OP process.
Maintain the demand planning system and document procedures.
