Job summary

DeLallo is seeking a Sales Analyst/Support Specialist to join our growing sales support team. The role emphasizes building reports from syndicated data to deliver insights to management and sales teams across DeLallo’s performance, growth, and competitive trends.

You will prepare monthly/quarterly data sets and present findings to inform strategy. You’ll analyze promotions, support Customer Management System development, and craft category reviews and promotional materials to boost sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with quantitative emphasis in Marketing/Statistics/Math.
2+ years in Marketing/Business Analyst/Data Science role.
Experience with Excel, Access and BI tools; Cognos and MS BI preferred.
Ability to solve complex business problems using data analytics.
Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build reports using syndicated data to provide insights to management and sales teams; include performance and trends.
Provide quarterly and monthly sales data reports and communicate findings.
Assist with development of Customer Management System to track promotions and promo performance.
Create category review slides/presentations using syndicated data for the sales team.
Develop promotional materials for new/existing DeLallo products to support sales presentations.
